Payment + Payment Methods
-DO NOT include NSFW details in payment details/messages. simply say fullbody art, or 'for the illustration' [paypal is stingey]-Payments are taken through paypal/ paypal invoice OR KO-FI only. USD-Payment is taken upfront only.-Refunds will not be available for orders under $100.

Auctions + Waitlisting
- Accepting Temporary holds / waitlisting for adopts & designs for 2 weeks, after 2 weeks it's forfeit.-Backouts are absolutely not tolerated. If you don’t have the funds don’t bid.-Payment is expected 2-4 days after the auction's end date. If no money is transferred and there is no communication, the auction goes to the next bidder / gets resold, and you will be put on a watchlist for falsebidding
Custom Characters + Designs
-After payment is transferred, all rights to alter+change the bought design go to the buyer.-After payment is sent, the buyer may NOT claim the design+artwork as their original work but may claim creative rights over their original alterations to the design.-In the case of transferring the rights of the bought design, please contact me through email, so that I can keep track, and avoid the design+artwork from falling into the wrong hands (art thieves)-If posted via toyhouse ,, CREDIT ME !! :D
Art + Commissioned Pieces
-After receiving an art piece, the buyer MAY NOT edit, lighten, crop, blur, ect the watermark[s] included in my works, doing so will get your email+socials blacklisted.-After receiving an art piece, the buyer MAY NOT claim the art as their own original edit/artwork.-If the buyer fails to communicate what they want in the piece, it is not my job to read your mind. If you want it and are worried about the complexity, please COMMUNICATE.- My art MAY NOT be used for AI, NFTs, or any form of commercial/reselling- FAILURE TO RESPOND IN 3 months WILL RESULT IN YOUR COMMISSION BEING VOID!
